Crispy extra thin crust. Good pizza overall. We got sausage & bacon, and there was meat in every bite.
I have to say by far the BEST wings I have had in town! A good amount of sauce and cooked very well!
Ok so we honor the Sabbath and we were pressed for time. We got in a sue was the waitress who served us. So before we get into the food let's talk about Sue. An amazing woman full of beautiful personality. I explained to her that we had until dark fall and she was right on it with the most upbeat attitude. I could understand if it annoyed her that this rambunctious family came in short on time asking for 'special attention' but she didn't mind. I'll eat/go anywhere Sue's at! Ok so the pizza. It was our first time here and it's a nice and cozy place. Aside from two elderly ladies enjoying their evening, we were the only family dining in. So if you like seclusion this is it. The food was amazing!!! We got the half cheese/half beef, a taco pizza and wings. I had a sour amaretto because why not; and we all had Pepsi products. Our order came fast even though there was tons of orders going out the door. Sue will be the reason I come back and dine in .
First time trying this place with a delivery order on 7-2-24. They were very prompt on delivery in Bradley. I ordered the spicy cheese curds, an d they were perfectly made. I also ordered some boneless wings that were cooked just right. Great seasoning, very tender and mouth watering. Next time I am up from Texas, I will definitely order again.
When this pizza is done right, it is the best in our area!! The reason things go right is Sue! Sue is the most engaged manager of ANY of the Sammy’s that I have been to. We are always happier after speaking with Sue!
Sammy’s in Kankakee beats any other Sammy’s location. Hands down. It’s really rare for anything weird to happen to your order and the food is always fresh from this location. Delivery sometimes takes a long time but even then everything comes prepared perfectly. I would definitely give this place a try.
My wife and I just love this pizza . The best around. Ryan is a great asset and an excellent waitress. We go there for those two reasons.
Always great tavern style Chicago pizza. Been my favorite since I was a kids. My folks used to go there when they were dating in the 60's.
